1. Registration & Eligibility
- All participants must complete registration before attending any FC VILLA ACADEMY activity.
- Participants under 18 years old must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
- Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
2. Program Participation
- FC VILLA ACADEMY offers training programs including but not limited to:
- TOTS (youth beginner programs)
- Clinics
- Camps
- Private or group training sessions
- Participation is voluntary and requires adherence to all academy rules and coach instructions.
3. Payments & Fees
- All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are non-refundable unless FC VILLA ACADEMY cancels a program.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits unless approved by management.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- FC VILLA ACADEMY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, participants may receive a rescheduled session or credit.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants and parents agree to:
- Show respect to coaches, staff, and other participants.
- Maintain good sportsmanship at all times.
- Follow all safety instructions and facility rules.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Health & Safety
- Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to participation.
- Participants must be physically able to engage in soccer-related activities.
- FC VILLA ACADEMY is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation, except where required by law.
7. Waiver & Liability
By registering, you acknowledge and agree:
- Participation in sports carries inherent risks, including injury.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
- FC VILLA ACADEMY, its owners, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses.
8. Media Release
- FC VILLA ACADEMY may capture photos and videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.
- By registering, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used unless you submit a written opt-out request.
9. Equipment & Uniforms
- Some programs may include a uniform and/or soccer ball as part of registration.
- Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate gear (cleats, shin guards, water, etc.).
10. Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program management and communication.
- FC VILLA ACADEMY does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
- FC VILLA ACADEMY reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
